Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to https://Purnaarts.com, an online performing arts platform established to train and promote traditional and classical performing art, poetry and music, designed to inspire, engage and create. This initiative in arts is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (together with its officers, directors, agents, employees, partners and their respective affiliates, collectively, “Purnaarts.com”). This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is a contract between you (“you”) and Purnaarts.com and governs all transactions between you and Purnaarts.com, as well as your use of the website Purnaarts.com and all services offered by Purnaarts.com. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether or not you register for the courses, use knowledge and videos posted, use blog and or networks of Purnaarts.com or otherwise use the Website (in each such capacity, a “User”). If you wish to register, participate in our activities as audience / viewer, student, mentor, performer or otherwise become a User of the Website (including forums/directories/blog/articles), you must read all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, please do not register with us or use this Website.

This Agreement supersedes any previous Agreement to which you and Purnaarts.com (Online platform for promoting performing arts) may have been bound. This Agreement may be modified by Purnaarts.com at its sole discretion from time to time and such modifications shall automatically become part of this Agreement and shall be effective once posted by the authorised promoters of Purnaarts.com on the its Website. Your participation in the donation and use of the Website will be subject to any such modifications. You should review the Website and this Agreement from time to time for any modifications.

This Agreement will be binding to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective legal heirs, successors and assigns. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby deemed to be reversed for all practical and legal purposes. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.

Earning and rewards received by Purnaarts.com – Online performing arts platform to promote traditional and classical dance, music, poetry and allied arts, will be used to promote dance and music, arrange dance shows and other related activities. As a user of the website or participant of purnaarts.com, you have no right in making the decision about how we structure the content of our courses, conduct our courses, and utilize our earnings and rewards. We take utmost care to ensure that our earnings and rewards are utilized for the cause of organization for which it is established. Once you register for a course or program of the Online performing arts platform, the registration and participation fees, is non refundable unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
Proprietary Rights/Intellectual Property Rights: (1) Purnaa Arts – Inspire. Engage. Create “logo” are trademarks and service marks of PUrnaa Arts – online performing arts platform (Purnaarts.com). Purnaarts.com or its licensors own and retain all proprietary rights, the Website and all material and information posted thereon (“Content”). The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, other intellectual property rights and other proprietary information of Purnaarts.com, the online performing arts platform.. You agree not to alter, modify, publish, distribute, publicly display or sell any Content or other such proprietary information, or otherwise copy or transmit any Content or other such proprietary information without the express, written permission of Purnaarts.com. (2) If you post any messages (including comments on the blog) or other information on the Website, you agree that such messages and information shall be considered Content, and you agree to grant, and shall be deemed to have been automatically granted to Purnaarts.com – Online performing arts platform (Purnaarts.com ) and such permission/s become irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, whereby you grant purnaarts.com worldwide license to: (a) use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content; (b) modify, alter, prepare derivative works of, and/or incorporate into other works, such information and content; and (c) grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You agree that we are not obligated to publish entries made to the directory, blog or forums and all entries which may have impact on our operations will be removed immediately without giving any reason. (5) The content of the courses and programs offered is sole intellectual property of Purnaarts.com and any use, recording, broadcasting, sharing of the same, without the exclusive written authorisation of the same from purnaarts.com , will attract legal action.

You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, any User or any other Person to buy or sell any products or services through the Website. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to any User, or any other Person. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting the name, email address or any other personal or confidential information of any User or any other Person by electronic or other means for any reason, including, without limitation, the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including, without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress. In addition, in no event will Purnaarts.com be liable to you or any third person for any punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in the donation.
Governing Law: Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the prevailing laws of the state of Maharashtra and/or prevailing laws of India, whichever are applicable at such given time, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that all matters related to this agreement will be resolved amicably and exclusively within the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra State, India ONLY.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Purnaarts.com harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made or incurred by any third party due to or arising (directly or indirectly) out of your use of the Website or participation in the courses or programs or arising from your breach of this Agreement.
Termination: This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website, any Purnaarts.com services, or participate in courses or programs as a User and, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Agreement will remain in effect after your participation in the courses or programs and status as a User is terminated. Whether or not you are and remain eligible to participate in the courses or programs, use the Website or any Purnaarts.com services, may be determined by Purnaarts.com in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entire Agreement; Severability: This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Website and further affirmed by becoming a User, contains the entire agreement between you and Purnaarts.com regarding the use of the Website or the Program. This Agreement may not be orally amended. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Modifications to these Terms: Purnaarts.com may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change these Terms from time to time. Purnaarts.com will post revised Terms of Use with date changed at the top of this page. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Purnaarts.com Websites. Continued use of the Purnaarts.com Websites following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
